Partner Pass

Partner Pass is Kroger’s single sign-on solution, which enables you to access all Partner Pass supported applications from one, easy-to-use dashboard.  Rather than using separate login credentials for each application, you can input one, secure set of credentials into Partner Pass to access multiple supported applications.

Currently, the only application supported by Kroger Partner Pass is Ocado, but we are targeting to roll out fourteen additional applications in the coming years. We are projecting to integrate Supplier Hub (vendor management system) and Lavante (vendor self-service portal that allows vendors to view payment remittance data) later in 2023.

Starting February 24, 2023, Kroger will be implementing new security requirements for Ocado Partner Pass users. These requirements include increased password complexity and a new app-supported method of multi-factor authentication (MFA) to access Partner Pass. This means that instead of obtaining your authentication code to access the application from your email, you will access it from an app. To meet this new MFA requirement, Partner Pass will prompt all Ocado users to download the free Okta Verify app to their mobile device. What is Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?

MFA is a method of authentication that requires you to provide two, independent credentials to verify your identity.  MFA requires you to enter an access code from a secondary account and/or device.  Starting February 24, Partner Pass will send the access code to a secondary device via the free Okta Verify app.

What is the Okta Verify App and What are the Benefits of Using it?

The Okta Verify app is a free app that is available in the App Store.  Accessing the MFA code via an app on a separate device is more secure than accessing the code via an email account on the same device from which you are accessing Partner Pass.
