The Kroger Scheduling Department is available Monday – Friday from 7am – 4:30pm CST.
If you are NOT a LTL carrier or scheduling more than 4 delivery appointments for Denver, CO and EAST of the Rocky Mountains, please call 855-864-8444.
If you are a One Network User, please schedule your appointments online via One Network. If you do not have access to One Network, or cannot get an appointment online please contact the scheduling department.

All times given are for closest available; if you cannot make your appointment, you will need to reschedule or work with the DC as a work-in appointment. You can access DC contact information by calling 855-864-8444, select option 3 or by clicking here.
Requesting Appointments via E-mail
The Scheduling E-mail is available Monday – Friday from 8am – 3:30pm CST.
Requesting appointments via e-mail is reserved for LTL carriers or carriers that have more than 4 appointments to schedule ONLY.
Requests sent via email are handled in the order in which they are received. You will receive a response within 24 hours of your request, please refrain from sending multiple requests for an appointment as this will only delay your request.
