What drives your passion for this business?
My love for food started early. My family has been in the wholesale food business for 4 generations. At 14 I started my first job as a dishwasher. I have worked all over the world and have a gold medal at The Welsh International Culinary Championships.

What are you most hoping to take away from this program?
We are planning for growth. Our hope is to learn more about how successful food startups positioned themselves to gain market share and placement nationally. Our objective is to be in 200+ new retail outlets by the end of the year.
