I am located in the Cincinnati Tri-County area. I cater to clients who live in all surrounding areas within Hamilton and Butler Counties, including Dayton and Kentucky.
Any notable achievements you are proud of (both personal & business):
I started out as a commission stylist paying 50% of my earnings to a salon owner. I then moved up to booth renting for a flat rate. From there, I moved on to position myself in a salon suite for more creative control and now I have recently acquired my own 3 room salon suite and have recently developed my own product line to add to the Xenuvi experience.

What drives your passion for this business?
The clients I serve drive my passion for my business. Beauty has always been a driving force for many women’s self-esteem and confidence. I love to make women smile and feel good about themselves. Through my customer service, the atmosphere I provide, the service detail, and overall conversation, I know that whatever my client may be battling internally at least I could make them feel happy even if for a short period of time.

What are you most hoping to take away from this program?
Knowledge of how to scale my business and adjust to a changing retail market. How to set my business up to create jobs. Retail sales knowledge. I would like to learn more about creating systems for smoother operation and financial set ups.
Anything else you’d like us to know about you?
I’ve always been business savvy and much of a creator. I was a business and art major. I have tried many business strategies over the years; however, this is the first time I have truly built a brand. I am excited for this opportunity because my broader vision for Xenuvi as a brand goes far beyond the hair industry and I would love some guidance to help me achieve all that I have in mind.
