The Scheduling E-mail is available Monday – Friday from 8am – 3:30pm CST.

Requests sent via email are handled in the order in which they are received. You will receive a response within 24 hours of your request, please refrain from sending multiple requests for an appointment as this will only delay your request.

Please make sure to fill out the following fields: 5 digit PO number, Delivery Location, Carrier Name, Contact Name, and Contact Email.

Please make sure to Specify the DATE and TIME you are requesting, “NEXT AVAILABLE” requests will not be scheduled. The appointment time set in response to your request is the closest available appointment window.

Appointment Requests received after 1500 (3pm) may not be handled until the following business day.

If you are rescheduling for an order that requires a date change, please make sure it is completed before requesting an appointment.
