Program Overview

Internships at Kroger offer a genuine workplace experience to give you a thorough understanding of our business. Our interns work on real projects and see real results across all areas of our business from supermarket divisions, manufacturing and supply chain to corporate and technology. Think of all you could learn through leadership training and development, mentorship programs, volunteer opportunities and diversity training. You even get involved with networking events that connect you with senior leaders. With 12-week rotations offered in the fall, spring and summer, the program gives you a chance to experience what makes Kroger a great place to work.

Day in the Life

Wonder what you do in a day as an intern? It’ll depend on your role, but we can promise you’ll be in the game working on challenging projects that impact our strategic initiatives and improve our business. It’s this kind of immersion that’ll help you figure out where you fit best and how to seek out your personal path to success. A typical day might involve attending project meetings, completing meaningful, hands-on work assignments, connecting with leaders, and training with team members. You’ll also get invited to networking events and professional development workshops.

Campus Partnerships
