KROGER TO WEBCAST SECOND QUARTER CONFERENCE CALL WITH INVESTORS 

CINCINNATI, Ohio, August 31, 2010 – The Kroger Co. (NYSE: KR) will host a conference call with investors on Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at 10 a.m. (ET) to discuss financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2010.
