AND UNITED FOOD AND COMMERCIAL
WORKERS (UFCW) LOCAL 876 RATIFY
AGREEMENT IN MICHIGAN
NOVI, MI – June 21, 2010 –
Associates of The Kroger Co. of
Michigan, an affiliate of The Kroger
Co. (NYSE: KR), have ratified an
agreement with United Food and
Commercial Workers (UFCW) Local 876.
The agreement covers over 12,000
Kroger associates who work in 118
stores in Michigan.

agreement that provides our
associates one of the best total
compensation packages in our
industry in Michigan,” said Rick
