KROGER ANNOUNCES SCHEDULED DATES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2010 QUARTERLY RESULTS

CINCINNATI, Ohio, June 4, 2010 – The Kroger Co. (NYSE: KR) today announced scheduled dates for fiscal year 2010 quarterly results releases. These dates are:

First Quarter: Thursday, June 17, 2010
Second Quarter: Tuesday, September 14, 2010
Third Quarter: Thursday, December 2, 2010
Fourth Quarter: Thursday, March 3, 2011
