KROGER TO PARTICIPATE IN LEHMAN BROTHERS RETAIL SEMINAR
CINCINNATI, OH, April 22, 2004 -- The Kroger Co. (NYSE: KR) will participate in the Lehman Brothers Retail Seminar on Monday, April 26. Rodney McMullen, Kroger vice chairman, and Mike Schlotman, Kroger senior vice president and chief financial officer, will address investors.
