KROGER TO PARTICIPATE IN LEHMAN BROTHERS RETAIL SEMINAR
CINCINNATI, OH, April 14, 2003 -- The Kroger Co. (NYSE: KR) will participate in the Lehman Brothers Retail Seminar on Monday, April 28, 2003. Joseph A. Pichler, Kroger chairman and chief executive officer, and Rodney McMullen, Kroger executive vice president, will address investors.
