KROGER TO PARTICIPATE IN MERRILL LYNCH RETAILING LEADERS CONFERENCE
CINCINNATI, OH, March 18, 2004 -- The Kroger Co. (NYSE: KR) will participate in the Merrill Lynch Retailing Leaders Conference on Wednesday, March 24. David B. Dillon, Kroger chief executive officer, and Mike Schlotman, Kroger senior vice president and chief financial officer, will address investors.
