KROGER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE BANK OF AMERICA MERRILL LYNCH 2010 CONSUMER CONFERENCE

CINCINNATI, Ohio, March 3, 2010 – The Kroger Co. (NYSE: KR) will participate in the Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2010 Consumer Conference on Wednesday, March 10, 2010. Mike Schlotman, Kroger senior vice president and chief financial officer, will address investors.
