KROGER TO WEBCAST FOURTH-QUARTER CONFERENCE CALL WITH INVESTORS
CINCINNATI, OH, February 21, 2006 – The Kroger Co. (NYSE: KR) will host a conference call with investors on Tuesday, March 7, 2006 at 10 a.m. (ET) to discuss financial results for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2005.
