KROGER TO RING THE CLOSING BELL™ ON NYSE TO CELEBRATE 75TH ANNIVERSARY OF COMPANY’S LISTING
CINCINNATI, OH, January 23, 2003 – In celebration of the 75th anniversary of The Kroger Co.’s listing on the New York Stock Exchange, a group of current and retired Kroger executives will ring the closing bell at the Exchange on Monday, January 27th.
The opening and closing bells of the Exchange are among the most widely viewed daily events in the world.
