Welcome to the Kroger Ariba Supplier Portal.

Kroger Procurement Notification Letter
The Kroger Co. will be implementing a new procurement system in partnership with a software developer named Ariba. ePRO will be used by The Kroger Co. for store expense and equipment purchasing. The Ariba Supplier Network will be used by The Kroger Co. to send purchase orders and to receive invoices from suppliers. Some of the benefits that suppliers will see once the system has been completely implemented include:

  • Greater control over order processing
  • Ability for all suppliers to create electronic invoices (capital purchase orders ONLY)
  • Better communication and visibility with The Kroger Co.
  • Quicker invoice to pay process
  • Reduced postal/fax costs
  • Reduction in errors associated with standard paper processing in both POs and Invoices

If you don't have an Ariba Account,
Learn About the Ariba Supplier Network (ASN):
Watch a video that introduces the Ariba Supplier Network

Setup Your ASN Account:
Create your Ariba Supplier Network Account by logging on to supplier.ariba.com and clicking REGISTERING AS A NEW SUPPLIER link.

Once you have completed your registration and you receive an ANID from Ariba, please send an email to eproprocurementteam@kroger.com indicating what your new ANID is.

If you already have an Ariba account, please send the ANID to eproprocurementteam@kroger.com .

Don't forget to configure your company profile and order routing information! CAPITAL SUPPLIERS should also configure their invoicing method.

It is critical that you log on to the ASN and review/update the current information in both your production and test account. We are asking that you set up your test account to reflect all of the same settings that are on your production account so we can accurately test the delivery of the purchase orders.

Supplier will be asked to provide catalogs. To learn more about catalogs and the catalog building process, please review the Catalog Instructions Guide . Use the Kroger Catalog Template to complete your catalog and send the completed file to eprocatalogs@kroger.com
